The genesis of Mad Dogs Club is in the "Ashes to Ashes" game played annually between the Australians and British  residents of New York. The game is now in its 17th year, with members of both teams supplied by the Mad Dogs.

The games has progressed from an excuse to get legless on Pimm's back in 1990, the cricket is now the main focus. The teams compete seriously - and we have added a charity component which provided over $1,000 to two local charities in 2006.
